Frequently Asked Questions
What is the dress code?
Dress Code: Italian Summer
Summery, chic, and comfortable. We'd love to see bright colors, florals, and light, airy fabrics—think linen shirts, khakis, and elevated sundresses. Dress to feel good, move easily, and celebrate in the sunshine!
Are plus ones and children welcome?
To allow all of our guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we’ve chosen to host an adults-only wedding.
Due to space limitations, we’re only able to invite those named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!
Where can I park?
We will be offering shuttle service to and from the Holiday Inn Express on our wedding day. Designated shuttle times and routes will be finalized closer to the event and shared here, as well as posted on-site at the venue.
There is a parking lot available at the brewery; however, it is open to the public. Carpooling is encouraged when possible. Guests are welcome to leave their cars parked overnight and retrieve them the following morning. Please note that another event will be taking place on Saturday, so we kindly ask that vehicles be picked up in a timely manner.
We are also exploring the option of valet service and will share updates as plans are finalized.
What's for dinner?
We will be having Neapolitan-style pizzas, come hungry!
What can I expect with the venue?
Lake Vadnais Grand Events is a new venue connected to Big Wood Brewery. The ceremony will be on the North side of the building, outside, in the meadow. The easiest way to get there is by using then walking path at the back of the parking lot. The reception will be held inside on the east half of the building. There is a separate door (on the right) but you can enter through the brewery as well. We are welcome to roam the entire venue, brewery included, but the all our family, friends, food, and fun will be on the venue side!
